Anti-Spam Policy
Alligator Technology Services c/o Ma Digital Technology prohibits the use of unsolicited commercial email, bulk unsolicited messaging, spam, or any other form of unauthorized electronic messaging to advertise or promote the Alligator platform, thealligator.app, or any merchant website operated using the Alligator ecommerce system.
Alligator does not purchase, rent, or use third-party mailing lists for unsolicited marketing. We do not authorize our employees, contractors, merchants, affiliates, marketing partners, or other third parties to send unsolicited email on our behalf or to promote websites using the Alligator platform through spam.
Emails generated by the Alligator platform are primarily transactional and are sent as a direct result of a user’s interaction with a merchant website. These may include order confirmations, order-related notifications, customer enquiry notifications, and other messages necessary to complete or support a customer-initiated transaction.
Where marketing communications are used, they may only be sent to recipients who have provided their contact information and have given appropriate consent to receive such communications. Recipients must be provided with an appropriate method to stop receiving future marketing messages.
Merchant domains may appear in transactional emails because the message relates directly to a transaction or enquiry made by the recipient with that merchant.
All merchants and users of the Alligator platform are prohibited from using the platform, its infrastructure, or any associated domain for unsolicited bulk email or spam.
Any unauthorized use of an Alligator-managed domain in unsolicited email is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.
If you believe you have received an unsolicited message involving an Alligator-managed website or domain, please contact: support@thealligator.app
